While much care and thought has been taken while selecting materials for these bracelets to ensure they are super durable, normal wear and tear precautions should be noted. The hemp cord will naturally wear over time, so if you wish to prolong the look of the cord we suggest to not wear your bracelet in the shower, or water. I, however, appreciate the look of worn hemp so I choose to leave mine on. Hemp is one of the most durable fibers so it should have no issues lasting! 

Metallic hematite(rose gold, gold, bronze, and silver) will eventually start to wear. I don't mind the look of the wearing metallic hematite and love the natural dark grey/black color underneath, but if you wish to preserve the look of the super metallic hematite we suggest to not wear your bracelet in the shower or water.

Cleansing instructions:

Gemstones, minerals and crystals all have the capacity to pick up negative energies. It's important to cleanse your stones. Here are two ways I easily cleanse my stones:

 ▹Set out in direct moonlight all night. In the morning hold your stones and set your new intention for them. 

▹Smudge your stones with sage. After affirming that no negative energies will remain, hold your stones and set your new intention for them.
