Elderberry Syrup!!!! Yes, yes, yes...it's here! Let us make it as simple as possible for you to make our favorite, all natural, immune boosting, cold fighting concoction! All you'll need to add is spring or filtered water, and honey, agave, or your preferred sweetener. Instructions will be included!

Super simple and so tasty! We've trial and error-ed to create the best ratio of some of the healthiest immune boosting ingredients!

We recommend daily intake for all ages. Standard dose is ½ tsp to 1 tsp for kids and ½ Tbsp to 1 Tbsp for adults. If the flu does strike, take the normal dose every 2-3 hours instead of once a day until symptoms disappear.

Fresh elderberry syrup will keep in the refrigerator for a few weeks, but with my family it is gone before we have a chance to let it go bad. I always brew a double batch and pop the second batch in the freezer for less stress ;)
